TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview This website is operated by NAGA Design Group. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NAGA Design Group. By visiting our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Exclusivity & "Sold Out" Policy NAGA Archive offers highly limited, numbered collectible pieces. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, availability is strictly limited. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or region. "Sold Out" status reflects the actual exhaustion of our archival stock.

3. Shipping, Curation & Delivery All products from the NAGA Archive are subject to a specialized curation process, including NFC tag programming and individual certification, resulting in a standard processing time of 4–6 weeks prior to shipping. We provide worldwide shipping. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. The NAGA Security Seal & Return Policy To maintain the integrity and value of our limited editions, we enforce a strict return policy:

Returns: Accepted only within 14 days of delivery.

The Security Seal: Every garment is equipped with a unique, numbered NAGA Security Seal. Returns are strictly governed by this policy.

Final Sale: The customer acknowledges that the removal or tampering of the numbered Security Seal constitutes a final sale. Refunds are only processed after a successful manual inspection of the returned item and its intact seal at our facility.

Condition: NAGA Design Group reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these specific authenticity and condition requirements (e.g., broken seals, signs of wear, or missing NFC functionality).

5. Intellectual Property All content, including the NAGA serpent logo, designs, and brand imagery, are the exclusive property of NAGA Design Group. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

4. SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & The Archive Curation Process At NAGA Design Group, we do not ship mass-produced items. Every order undergoes a meticulous curation and authentication process before it leaves our archive to ensure the highest standards of luxury.

Preparation Period: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Why it takes time: 
NFC Integration: Each piece is equipped with a digital NFC tag within the label, programmed specifically for the owner to ensure lifetime authenticity.

Hand-Signed Documentation: Every item comes with a physical Certificate of Authenticity, personally inspected, numbered, and signed.

Custom Packaging: Your archive piece is prepared in personalized, protective premium packaging to ensure it arrives in gallery condition.

Delivery Times: Once the curation process is complete:Domestic (CH/EU): 3–5 business days.
International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs).

Tracking: You will receive your personal tracking code via email as soon as the curation process is finalized and the shipment is dispatched.


Returns & The NAGA Security Seal 

Due to the highly limited, numbered nature of our archive collections and the personalized digital authentication (NFC), we enforce a strict return policy:14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The Security Seal: Each item is shipped with a visible, numbered NAGA Security Seal.

The Integrity Rule: Returns are only accepted if this seal is completely unbroken and untampered.
Note: Removing or damaging the seal constitutes a final acceptance of the garment and its digital certificate. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a refund or return.

Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all original certificates included.

Return Process & Refunds To ensure the authenticity and pristine condition of our archive pieces, every return undergoes a multi-stage inspection:Inspection: Once your return arrives at our facility, our specialists will verify the integrity of the NAGA Security Seal and the functional status of the integrated NFC tag. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods

Approval: A refund will only be issued after the item has been successfully inspected and approved.
Refund Issuance: Upon successful verification, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Rejection: If the Security Seal is broken or the item shows any signs of wear, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
How to start a return: Please contact our archive team at info.naga@gmx.ch with your order number and a clear photograph of the intact Security Seal.
